Nov. 5
- Taylor County Bank reported three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument occurred Aug. 28 on W. Main Street in Lebanon. The three forged checks had a value of $265.

Nov. 6
- Kroger at 705 E. Main Street in Lebanon reported theft by unlawful taking under $500 “shoplifting.” Merchandise valued at $7.19 was recovered and retained.
