Jan. 31
- Wal-mart at 2136 Campbellsville Highway reported theft by unlawful taking under $500/shoplifting. Merchandise valued at $25.26 was recovered and retained by the victim.

Feb. 3
- Kentucky State Trooper Casey Wethington is investigating a single-vehicle accident that occurred at 11:42 p.m. Feb. 3 at the intersection of Ky. 208 and 2154. According to the state police, Brian Seals, 25, of Lebanon was driving west on Ky. 208 in a 1998 Ford Taurus when he lost control and the vehicle overturned.
A passenger, Courtney Richards, 20, of Campbellsville was ejected from the vehicle. Richards was taken to Spring View Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Neither Seals nor Richards were wearing a seat belt, and alcohol was a factor in the collision.
State Trooper Jonathan Houk, the Lebanon Police Department, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, the Lebanon Fire Department, Marion County EMS and Marion County Rescue assisted Wethington at the scene.
