Kobert home sold
Willie Abraham, operator of Depot Restaurant, yesterday purchased at auction the old homestead of the late Charles Kobert. The residence, one of Lebanon’s most imposing, did not bring brisk bidding. The high bid was $4,875.
The house stands between north Proctor Knott and Kobert avenues, on a lot fronting 198 feet on the former and 276 feet on the latter.
