Two Lebanon residents were treated and released from Spring View Hospital following a two-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of the Marion County Veterans Memorial Highway and Loretto Highway.
According to the Lebanon Police, George Nichols, 65, of Lebanon was driving a 1993 Oldsmobile 98. Margaret W. Mills, 71, of Lebanon was a passenger in the Nichols vehicle.
At 3:29 p.m., Nichols was facing south on Loretto Highway when he pulled out in front of a 1997 Ford Explorer, which was westbound on Veterans highway, according the Lebanon Police. Kelly M. Probus, 17, of Lebanon was driving the Explorer.
Everyone involved in the accident was wearing a seat belt. Marion County Ambulance and Marion County EMS also responded to the scene. Nichols and Mills were transported to the hospital via ambulance.
