When the Lebanon City Council annexed approximately 415 acres of property in February of 2006, it led to more than six years of court cases before reaching the Kentucky Supreme Court in November of 2012.
On March 20, the Supreme Court handed down a 6-1 decision upholding the annexation and remanded the case to Marion Circuit Court with instructions to enter a summary judgment in the city’s favor.
