AG warns of utility bill scam

Kentucky consumers are being warned about a new identity theft scam that involves utility bills, Attorney General Jack Conway has announced.

In the scam, fraudsters claim President Barack Obama will pay their utility bill through a new federal program through the Federal Reserve. Conway said this program does not exist.
