The official contract has not been signed yet, but plans are in the works to sell Angell-Demmel, North America Corp., in Lebanon to American Trim located in Ohio.
The company that bought Angell in May of 2009, the Sellner Group based out of Germany, went bankrupt two years ago, according to Angell-Demmel President John Turner. Since then, the company has been for sale, and Turner expects the sale to be final soon, possibly even this week.
