Applications being accepted for Citizens Police Academy

Kentucky State Police, Post 15, is now accepting applications for the 2012 Kentucky State Police Citizens Police Academy. The 10-week academy is slated to begin Tuesday, March 20, 2012 and will meet on the following dates: March 20 and 27, April 10, 17 and 24 and May 1, 8, 15, and 22 with graduation on May 29. Classes will meet from 7-9:30 p.m. EDT where they will learn about the many facets of the Kentucky State Police. Class topics will include criminal patrol, criminal investigations, and drug investigations.
