Arson case dismissed

A charge of second-degree arson has been dismissed against Kevin Ronald Bright, 43, of 670 Hwy. 337 in Bradfordsville.

Bright had been indicted in September and accused of arson stemming from a Feb. 14, 2010, incident. The case went to trial Feb. 17, but was dismissed without the jury having to make a decision.
