Baseball district begins

The Marion County Knights baseball team began district play last night in Adair County. The Knights were scheduled to play the Campbellsville Eagles. Results were unknown at press time, but will be in next week’s issue. If they won, they will play in the district championship tonight against either Adair County or Taylor County.
In last week’s action, Marion County played two games, losing on Thursday to Russell County on the road and defeating North Hardin at home on Friday night.
