Jody and Elizabeth Raley of Lebanon announce the birth of a 7-pound, 5-ounce daughter, Ella Claire Raley, born Sept. 22, 2010, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Maternal grandparents are Charles Dudley and Shirley Tapp of Springfield. Paternal grandparents are Joe Denny and Janice Raley of Lebanon. Great-grandparents are Leo and Regina Carrico and Dudley and Georgia Mae Tapp, all of Springfield, and the late Tom and Agnes Edelen and the late Dennis and Virginia Raley.

William Garrett and Cynthia England of Lebanon announce the birth of a 7-pound, 15.8-ounce son, Ethan Craig Garrett, born Nov. 2, 2010, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon. Maternal grandparents are Michael and Penny Lawson of Lebanon. Paternal grandparents are Betty and Hershel Jacobs of Campbellsville. Great-grandparents are Richard and Bernice Lawson of Lebanon. Ethan Craig has one sister, Haley Garrett.
