Maternal grandparents are John and Mary Jane Sours.Paternal grandparents are Bruce and Jeanette Palagi. Benjamin John has one brother, Will, and two sisters, Jane and Libby.

Andrea and Jonathan Beard of Lebanon announce the birth of a 5-pound, 14-ounce son, Colby Thomas Beard, born May 30, 2011, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon. Maternal grandparents are Charlotte Sapp and David Hill, both of Lebanon. Paternal grandparents are Melvin and Brenda Beard of Lebanon.
