Bluegrass Cellular extends deadline for wireless safety campaign contest

Bluegrass Cellular, Inc. has extended the deadline for the “Drive Now Text L8R” video public service announcement (PSA) contest to Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. In August, the company announced it was challenging central Kentucky high school students to create a PSA about the dangers of distracted driving.
The Drive Now Text L8R PSA contest is open to students attending high school in the 40-county Bluegrass Cellular service area. A panel of judges will rate the PSAs on creativity, originality and consistency of the Drive Now Text L8R message theme.
