Bluegrass Cellular names Williams customer care assistant manager

Bluegrass Cellular Inc. has promoted Trapper Williams to Lebanon customer care assistant manager. In this role, Williams is responsible for providing quality customer service and training store employees at the Bluegrass Cellular customer care center located at 2158 Campbellsville Road.
Williams, a former customer care coordinator for the company, has more than two years of customer service experience.
