- Approve attendance of Board members at the NSBA Conference from April 10 - April 13, 2010

- Approve an additional 1 hour at Calvary Elementary for Neil Payne, IDEA, effective August 17, 2009

- Approve an additional .5 hour at Calvary Elementary for Becky Short, IDEA, effective 17, 2009

- Approve fund-raising projects

- Approve overnight trips

- Approve Driver Approval Agreements for Vehicles of 9 passengers or less

- Acknowledge personnel actions
