Boys have highs and lows

-A A +A
By Jesse Osbourne

Greg Conley never knows what team to expect when the Marion County High School boys soccer team takes the field. Last week perfectly illustrated that.

Down 3-0 at halftime on the road to the number 12 ranked team in the state, Central Hardin, the Knights mounted a furious comeback to tie the game in the last few minutes on Tuesday of last week.

Justin Spalding poked in two goals to cut the lead to 3-2 within the first few minutes of the half. A defensive lapse would allow another Central Hardin goal but senior Evan Childers would cut it back to one goal.
