Cadillac Cue, a pool hall on W. Main Street in Lebanon, is typically open from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m., according to owner Jamie Bohannan.
A Lebanon city ordinance requires that any place with pool tables to close between midnight and 6 a.m. daily and to be closed on Sundays. Lebanon Police Chief Shelton Young brought this to the attention of the Lebanon City Council during a special called meeting last Friday.
Young added that he has not had any problems with how Bohannan is conducting his business, but he wanted the council to be aware of what the existing ordinance says.
