Challenger seeks to reclaim seat on school board

Mark O'Daniel has served on the Marion County Board of Education previously, and he hopes District 4 voters choose to send him back Nov. 4.

"The improvement and success of our school system was very evident during my three terms and I believe that my past experience, leadership and assistance, made a difference," he said.

O'Daniel, 50, is a farmer and has served on the school board, which included time as the board chairman, and he was a director on the Kentucky School Board Association.
