Christmas closings and garbage pickup

There will be sanitation service on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 24, but  it will be on an earlier schedule. The county asks that residents set  your garbage  out earlier than normal. There will be no garbage collection on Thursday, Christmas  Day, Dec. 25. The  Thursday route will be picked up on Friday along  with the normal Friday pick-up. The combined Thursday/Friday pick-up may also  be a little earlier than normal. The county asks residents to set out their garbage earlier than normal on Friday, Dec. 26.
