The Lebanon City Council is scheduled to have a specia-called meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, at city hall.
The items on the agenda are as follows:
- A noise variance request by the Generation Gap from Aug. 30 through Sept. 2 for the annual Block Party. The Generation Gap has also requested closing M.L. King from Depot Street to Proctor Knott Avenue during this event.
- Approval of a resolution adopting the Guideform Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under the Community Housing and Development Act of 1974 and Model Procurement Standards for R.L. Schreiber CDBG Project.
- The first reading of an ordinance amending the city's 2012-13 budget to increase revenue estimates, to increase appropriated funds, and to approve additional funds for the operation of city government.
