City council meeting tonight

The Lebanon City Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 7 p.m. tonight at city hall.

• Refinance 2004 Lebanon Water Works bond issue reducing the interest rate from 2.06-4.19 percent to a fixed rate of 2.9 percent
