The Kentucky Sheriff’s Association held their 84th Annual Conference in Bowling Green Sept. 8-13, 2013. According to Jerry Wagner, executive director of the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association, “Marion County Sheriff Jimmy Clements was elected to serve as a KSA Board of Director in 2014.”
“It is both an honor and a privilege to work with the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association. Sheriff Clements is most deserving and has always represented Kentucky Sheriff’s in a positive manner. I feel sure he will continue to stand for Kentucky Sheriff’s, along with the citizens of Marion County and the Commonwealth during his tenure. The KSA strives to better the office of sheriff by keeping sheriffs abreast of what is going on in the law enforcement community with ongoing training and legislation, which helps in serving Kentucky’s citizens,” added Wagner.
Wagner said, “We would like to congratulate Sheriff Clements on being elected as a Director for the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association in 2014. We look forward to a great year and hope everyone will lend their hand in support of and congratulations to Sheriff Clements.”
