Collins receives coveted Veritas Award at St. Catharine

Martha Layne Collins, Kentucky's Governor from 1983 to 1987, has received her share of honors in both her personal life and professional career. Among those is a parkway carrying her name, the Martha Layne Collins High School in her native Shelby County and a conference room named for her at St. Catharine College.
