Complaint filed against NSU about overtime pay

A lawsuit has been filed against a Lebanon factory accusing the company of failing to pay appropriate wages.

Steve Elmore filed a lawsuit against NSU Corporation on May 24 in Marion Circuit Court. The complaint only gives the plaintiff's side of the case, and NSU has not yet filed its answer to the complaint.
