The final paragraph of the story in the May 16 Enterprise about the Kentucky State Police being found not negligent in the death of LeBron Gaither should have read as follows:

The Board of Claims noted in its findings that Detective Tim Simpson testified that the KSP has the highest degree of responsibility to a confidential informant, and Detective Danny Burton testified that he believed he was responsible for Gaither's death.
