A few Lebanon city employees will see bigger paychecks thanks to decisions made by the Lebanon City Council during a special-called meeting Sept. 29. The council voted unanimously in favor of giving an 8 percent pay increase to two police dispatchers and to increase the hourly rate of two part-time park employees to $10 per hour. The meeting was called to address a discrepancy in pay between a recently hired police dispatcher and two dispatchers who have been working for the department for five years.
