The City of Lebanon may soon become more active in pushing residents to maintain their properties.
Monday evening, the council voted unanimously to approve the second reading of a property maintenance code enforcement ordinance. Before the ordinance becomes law, it must be published in the newspaper. (It does not appear in today's paper.)
Despite the unanimous vote, council members did raise some concerns about the ordinance.
