County, Beam Global continue warehouse discussions

Beam Global is looking to build up to 11 warehouses as part of an expansion for Maker's Mark, but the company is also seeking a long-term property tax abatement for part of that construction.

The Marion County Fiscal Court was divided over whether to approve the proposal during its March 15 meeting, but Marion County Judge/Executive John G. Mattingly was optimistic when discussing the situation Monday.
