The City of Lebanon animal control ordinance took effect in September of 2008.
But before the final version of the ordinance was approved, the city and the Marion County Fiscal Court approved a memorandum of agreement allowing Marion County Animal Control Officer Jeff Wooldridge to enforce the ordinance.
That original agreement was for six months, and Monday night, Wooldridge spoke with the city council about revisiting the ordinance.
