Marion County Judge/Executive has announced to following closings for the Martin Luther King Holiday.
Because of the holiday, the state computer system will be shut down. Likewise, the Marion County Clerk’s Office, the Marion County PVA Office, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office will be closed from Saturday Jan. 19 through Monday, Jan. 21.
The sheriff’s office will respond to calls placed through the Lebanon Police Dispatch (692-2121).
The Marion County Circuit Clerk’s Office will be closed Jan. 21.
There will be no trash pick-up on Monday, Jan. 21. The Monday route will be picked up on Tuesday, Jan. 22, along with the normal Tuesday route. Because Jan. 22 will be a “double up” day, county residents are encouraged to put their trash out earlier than usual the morning.
The Marion County Judge/Executive’s Office will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 21.
