County offices will be closed for holidays

Marion County government offices and services will be affected by the New Year's holiday.
County employees will observe the New Year's holiday on Monday, Jan. 2.
No garbage pick-up will take place Jan. 2. Instead, a double pick-up will take place Jan. 3. As a result, county residents are asked to put their trash out earlier than usual on that day.
The Marion County Clerk's Office and the PVA Office will be closed Friday,  Dec. 30, through Monday, Jan. 2. They will reopen Jan. 3.
