County signs lease agreement on new CD&D site

The Marion County Fiscal Court approved a lease agreement with Nalley and Hayden for a new construction, demolition and debris landfill site. Under the agreement, the county will lease the property for $25,000 for five years.

The county's current CD&D landfill is located on Calvary Road near the state barn. The new site will be located off of Adam Hughes Memorial Highway.
