Mary June Tharp of Lebanon and Mike and Theresa Tharp of Gravel Switch announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel Tharp, to Joshua Culver, son of Marvin and Lisa Culver of Loretto.
Tharp is a 2006 graduate of Marion County High School and a 2010 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s of social work. She is employed with the Pennyrile Area Agency on Aging in Hopkinsville.
