Feeding ministry starts Sept. 26

Tucker Chapel Baptist Church has announced that its new feeding ministry begins Wednesday, Sept. 26. The ministry will be held from 6-9 p.m. at the VFW Building on N. College Street in Lebanon.
The ministry is based on Matthew 25:35-36: “For I was hungered, and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in. Naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick , and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.”
The objectives of the feeding ministry are to reach out to those in need, to serve the poor, to care for those who are with less, and to offer both physical and spiritual food. The church will also share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to whomever, and the church wants the community to know that God cares for them as do the church members.
Everyone is welcome.
The church’s mission is “Where everybody is somebody and Jesus Christ is Lord.”
