Fiscal court to meet at 4 p.m. today

The Marion County Fiscal Court will hold a special-called meeting at 4 p.m. today, Aug. 23, in room 201 of the David R. Hourigan Government Building.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

- Minutes of the previous meeting

- Public hearing on county's five-year solid waste management plan

- Resolution to designate Marion County as a "Single County Waste Management Area"

- Resolution and agreement on road resurfacing using "flex funds"
