Fiscal court meeting this afternoon

The Marion County Fiscal Court is scheduled to meet in regular session at 4 p.m. at the David R. Hourigan Government Building.

However, the start of the meeting may be delayed. Gov. Steve Beshear is scheduled to be in Lebanon at 3:30 p.m. to make an economic development announcement. County officials may be at the announcement, and County Judge/Executive John G. Mattingly said that the announcement could affect the start of the fiscal court meeting.

Here is the tentative agenda for today's meeting:

2)   Consider  / Approval   of  Appointment  to  LTADD  Aging  Advisory  Council

3)   Consider  / Approval   of  Clerk  Budget   for   2010 – comments  by  Clerk  Karen  Spalding

4)   Consider  / Approval  of  Order  Setting  Maximum  Amounts  for  Deputies  and  Assistants

            a)  Sheriff’s  Order  Setting  Maximum  Amounts  for  Deputies  and  Assistants

            b)  Clerk’s   Order  Setting   Maximum  Amounts  for  Deputies  and  Assistants

5)   Proclamation  / Resolution  in  recognition  of  National  School  Board  Members  Month
