Fiscal Court meets Thursday

The Marion County Fiscal Court is scheduled to meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at the David R. Hourigan Government Building.

The court's agenda include an executive session per KRS 61.810(1)(f). This provision of the Kentucky Revised Statutes allows governing bodies to go into executive session for discussions or hearings that may lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an employee, although the employee may request a public hearing.
