Former economic development director dies

Lee Roy Senn, 82, of Danville died June 5.   Senn previously served as the Marion County economic development director, retiring in 1992.   Senn was born in Jefferson County Aug. 18, 1926. He was a World War II veteran, and he worked for the L&N Railroad for 36 years. He worked for the River Port Authority in Louisville and as the Maysville Chamber of Commerce director before he arrived in Lebanon. While here, Senn was active in the Lebanon Lions Club and the VFW Post.   He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rose Senn; five children Randall L. Senn, Douglas L.
