Four indicted for possession of a firearm by a felon

James Timothy Greenwell, 47, of 745 Helm School House Road in Lebanon was indicted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Dec. 25, Greenwell possessed, manufactured or transported a firearm after having been convicted of a felony. The indictment also reads, he was also over 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday.
His bond was set at $10,000 with the condition that he uses no alcohol or drugs.
