I tried a new Chili con Queso Dip recipe this past Sunday when I was seeking refuge in my air-conditioned kitchen.
I had been out earlier in the day to pick onions, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers, and I realized I had all the ingredients to put in this dish. I decided to try it, and if it was good, I’d put it in my column.
