Girls get superior rating

The Marion County High School cheerleading squad took part in an UCA cheerleading camp held on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University June 21-23. At the camp, the team received several awards - a UCA spirit stick and a superior rating improvement award. The team took third place honors in the overall co-ed division, home dance competition and home fight song competition.  They received an excellent rating on their first performance of their extreme routine and improved to a superior rating on their final performance of the extreme routine.
