Gravel Switch man indicted on rape charge

Lebanon man accused of attempted rape

Joseph Donald Graham, 46, of 955 Beechfork Road in Gravel Switch was indicted for first-degree rape.

According to the indictment, on or about May 13, Graham engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.

His bond was set at 10 percent of $50,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the victim.

In other indictments:

- Kevin Patrick Nelson, 33, of 330 Shuck Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for attempted first-degree rape, fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and third-degree terroristic threatening.

According to the indictment, on or about June 21, Nelson attempted to engage in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion. The indictment also reads that he intentionally or wantonly caused physical injury to another person.

His bond was set at $15,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the complaining witness.
