Historical society brings first draft agreement to city council

Dale Royse returned to the Lebanon City Council Monday evening with new information regarding the Marion County history museum planned for the third floor of the former Lebanon High School building.

Royse is the president of the Marion County Historical Society. He presented the city council with a copy of a resolution approved by the Marion County Fiscal Court, a draft agreement between the city and the historical society and news of a decision by the Lebanon Tourist and Convention Commission earlier in the day.
