Home teams meet held at LAC

The Marion County Aqua Knights hosted a high school swim meet on Thursday, Jan. 22, with Nelson County and Bethlehem. All three teams practice at the Lebanon Aquatic Center. Nelson County finished with 69.5 points; Marion County placed second with 46.5 points; Bethlehem rounded out the trio with 38 points.

"The aqua knights really worked hard, but sorely missed several swimmers who were ill," said Coach Colleen Ryan. "I'm proud of the way our kids competed." The Marion County team will be back in action on Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Hardin County Invitational and, again, on Saturday, Jan. 31, at the Shelby County Meet.
