Hutchinson gets 15 years for manslaughter

Tabitha K. Hutchinson has been sentenced to 15 years in prison as a result of an July 14, 2009, automobile collision that resulted in the death of a baby.

Hutchinson, 28, of 218 Chestnut Street in Lebanon plead guilty to first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault (two counts), DUI second offense, operating on a suspended/revoked license and failure to provide proof of insurance.

According to documents in the court file, Hutchinson tested positive for butalbital, hydrocodone and tramadol in the aftermath of the accident.

 Raelyn Gribbins had to be delivered via emergency Caesarian section after the accident, but she died later at Kosair Children's Hospital.
