Local officials are urging all Marion County residents to conserve water. During the recent power outages, electricity has been out at the Lebanon water treatment plant, Lebanon City Administrator John Thomas said after an emergency meeting of city and county officials and emergency personnel Wednesday evening. As a result no water is being pumped into shortage tanks. Crews have been working to restore power to the treatment plant, but there is no definite timeline for when power will be restored.
