Indictments unsealed from recent drug round-up

The indictments listed below were approved by the Marion County grand jury on Dec. 7. They were then sealed until Dec. 20, when the Lebanon State Police, the Appalachia High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Drug Task Force, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the Lebanon Police Department rounded-up several individuals facing drug-related charges.
The indictments below were presented to Marion Circuit Judge Dan Kelly. The indictments reported to Circuit Judge Allan Bertram will be reported as they become available.
