The Marion County Industrial Foundation Board of Directors approved their annual report during a meeting Jan. 31.
The proposed budget included $330,850 in revenue and expenses. This is a slight increase over the $329,605 budgeted for 2012.
The actual 2012 expenditures are estimated to come in under budget at $315,128.10.
The report notes that the foundation remains focused on recruiting new industry, assisting existing industries, developing Main Street, tourism, technical education and meeting housing demands in the community.
