For Jo Jo

Lebanon Elementary School held a special tribute to Betty Jo Higdon during the Marion County Board of Education's monthly meeting recently. Higdon, a special education teacher at LES, passed away in August after a long battle with cancer. During the special presentation, students performed and sang and a memorial bench designed by students and staff at LES was unveiled.
