What is Judgement House?
According to www.judgementhouse.org it’s a “walk-through drama that presents the truth of people’s choices versus the consequences of those decisions both in this life and the next.”
The walk-through drama will walk groups from room to room to watch scenes being played out. Each character will be played by a different person in each scene, but will be wearing the same attire to help identify who they are. In the first three scenes you will meet the Endicott family. They are a typical family who consist of a father, mother and three children. The children are very involved in many extra-curricular activities, while the mother is the planner who keeps everyone where they are supposed to be. They seem to have it all together, or do they? A tragedy does take place, in which death is involved. The walk-through drama then leads you to a Judgement scene, hell scene and heaven scene. The drama presentation is designed to present a question to the viewer: “Will you accept or reject God’s offer of salvation through his Son, Jesus Christ?”
The walk-through drama will take place on Sept. 12-14 and Sept. 19-21 at Lebanon Baptist Church. Reservations are recommended. You may make reservations by calling Melinda Bright at (270) 337-2114. Group size will be 17 at a time. Every 15 minutes a group will be taken through. The drama last approximately one hour. Please note this walk through drama is not handicap accessible, stairs are used. Strobe lights will be used. No childcare is available. Not recommended for children under 10.
A community of people from Lebanon Baptist, Bradfordsville Baptist, Stewart’s Creek Baptist, Woodlawn Baptist and Muldraugh Hill Baptist have been working very hard the past several months. We are extremely excited to bring this to our community. Our goal is to use this drama as a visual that explains salvation and life after death. We hope to reach as many people as we can and touch many lives for Christ.
